Total energy redevelopment with superbonus 110%: A building that reinvents itself
The completed intervention represents a concrete example of important second-level restructuring, which involved both the building envelope and the systems of an existing building. Thanks to the Superbonus 110%, it was possible to implement a deep energy retrofit, with the aim of optimizing energy efficiency, reducing emissions, and improving the living comfort of each unit.
A complex project, developed with an integrated approach, capable of combining sustainable technologies and cutting-edge construction solutions, in compliance with current regulations and with an eye to the future.
Interventions carried out
Thermal insulation of the building envelope
External thermal coat with a thickness of 14 cm, to reduce heat loss through vertical surfaces.
Insulation of the slab towards unconditioned spaces, to limit thermal bridges and contain energy consumption.
Insulation at the extrados of the sloping roof, with high-performance materials, ensuring comfort and durability over time.
Plant efficiency improvement
The existing thermal system has been completely renewed with the installation of a centralized hybrid system, capable of efficiently managing both heating and the production of sanitary hot water (ACS).Integrated renewable sources
Installation of a solar thermal field dedicated to preheating sanitary water.
Installation of a new photovoltaic system, accompanied by storage batteries, to increase energy self-sufficiency and reduce dependence on the grid.
