This intervention represents a perfect example of integrated energy requalification, where efficiency combines with respect for the original aesthetic identity and landscape insertion. The goal was ambitious: to transform a building from the 1970s, radically improving its energy performance without altering its architectural and environmental balance.
Thanks to access to the Superbonus 110% and an effective synergy between leading and following interventions, it was possible to achieve a significant leap in class, moving the building from energy class E to A4, the highest level currently provided.
Interventions carried out
Thermal Insulation with External Cladding
Application of an EPS cladding with a thickness of 14 cm over a total area of 320 sqm, to reduce heat loss and improve living comfort.
Insulation of the Roof
Targeted intervention on an area of 170 sqm by insulating the roof with high-performance materials with a thickness of 10 cm.
Photovoltaic System
Installation of 3.3 kW solar panels for each housing unit, capable of meeting a large part of the electrical needs through clean and renewable energy.Climate Control Systems
Replacement of old systems with 4 kW heat pumps, efficient and sustainable, able to provide heating and cooling with low consumption.
Achieved results
Energy class A4, synonymous with maximum efficiency and sustainability.
Thermal comfort and energy savings in all seasons.
Preserved aesthetics and perfect landscape integration.
Significant real estate enhancement.
