The energy refurbishment intervention carried out on this building aimed primarily at improving energy performance through a targeted and sustainable approach, with particular attention to the integration of modern technologies and solutions compatible with the existing structure. Interventions carried out
Insulation of the building envelope
External thermal insulation on the first floor, to increase the insulation of the main heat dispersal surfaces.
Partial insulation from the inside on the ground floor, a calibrated intervention to respect the pre-existing architectural and distribution characteristics.
Insulation of the sloped roof, to contain heat losses upwards and improve the overall thermal performance of the building.
Replacement of Fixtures
All the fixtures have been replaced with new high-efficiency elements, capable of offering better performance in terms of thermal and acoustic insulation, without altering the aesthetics of the building.
Heating system upgrade
The old heat generator has been replaced with a biomass-fueled condensing boiler, a choice that combines efficiency and environmental sustainability, reducing dependence on fossil fuels.
Integration of renewable sources
Installation of a solar thermal panel for the production of domestic hot water.
Photovoltaic system with storage batteries, to ensure a constant self-production of electricity and maximize the autonomy of the home.
