Integrated Energy Redevelopment – Guzzetti Condominium (3 housing units)
A deep energy refurbishment has taken place in the condominium owned by the Guzzetti brothers, consisting of three residential units, bringing the building from an energy class G to an A4 class. An ambitious project that combined technological innovation, environmental sustainability, and living comfort, made possible thanks to the incentives of the Superbonus 110%.
